Leslie lives in San Diego with her husband Bill and mini-dachshund, Audrey Dog. After retiring from a career in management, she focused on her college major, Creative Writing. Leslie studied with San Diego’s first Poet Laureate, Ron Salisbury, and co-founded a Poetry Salon. Her poems appear or are forthcoming in publications including Catamaran Literary Reader, South Florida Poetry Journal, The Main Street Rag, The Poeming Pigeon and Whale Road Review.
